These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on shoprunlife.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Where we ship. RunLife ships to 39 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The full list is in our Shipping Policy. If your country is not on it, checkout will not accept your address.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because an item is no longer available, or because the price or description was published in error — we will contact you and refund you in full. We may also decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Changing or cancelling an order. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. If you need to change or cancel, email contact@shoprunlife.com as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order has not yet shipped.

Prices and payment. All prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable tax and the final total are displayed at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the United States, your local customs authority may charge import duties, VAT or handling fees before releasing your parcel; those charges are set by your own government, are not collected by us, and are your responsibility. Payment is taken when you place your order. We do not store your card details; payments are processed by our payment provider.

Shipping and delivery. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value. Estimated delivery is 10 to 20 business days from dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or events outside our control.

Risk and ownership. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order to the address you gave us.

Changing your mind. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, and you never have to ship anything back to us. Email contact@shoprunlife.com within that period and we will arrange your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Our Refund Policy sets out the full details and takes precedence if there is any inconsistency with this page.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will put it right at no cost to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Sizing and product information. Sizes are listed in US sizing with the EU equivalent in brackets — for example US 8 (EU 41). Colours on screen may differ slightly from the product itself depending on your display. We take care to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image or specification is free of error.

Age. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
