Sizing
How do I choose my size?
Sizes are shown in US, with the EU equivalent in brackets — for example US 8 (EU 41). Every product page has a size guide that converts foot length to US Men's, US Women's, EU and UK. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What if the size doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us your order number and a few photos and we'll sort it out — you won't have to ship anything back.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days. We email you as soon as your order ships.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free on every order, wherever we deliver. No fees are added at checkout.
Where do you ship?
39 countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The full list is in our Shipping Policy. Outside the United States, any import duties charged on delivery are set by your own country and are your responsibility.
Tracking hasn't updated in a while — should I worry?
Tracking often goes quiet for several days in transit; that's normal. If it hasn't moved for 10 consecutive days, email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns & refunds
How do I return or exchange an item?
You don't return anything. Email contact@shoprunlife.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, including the tags. If it's approved we refund you and you keep the item. The item must be unworn with its tags attached — a scuffed, opened or missing box is never a reason to refuse.
How long does a refund take?
We review from your photos and your order history, and reply within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange for another size?
Request a refund on the original order and place a new one. You keep the first pair while the refund is processed, so there's no gap.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Klarna. All payments are encrypted and processed by Shopify — we never see your card details.
Is there a first-order discount?
Yes — use the code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, at no cost, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us as soon as possible.
I haven't received my confirmation email.
Check your spam folder for a message from contact@shoprunlife.com. If it isn't there, email us — the order may have failed at payment.
