Free shipping on every order. There are no shipping fees, no minimum order value and no surprises at checkout, wherever we deliver.

Where we ship. We currently deliver to 39 countries:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

If your country is not on this list, checkout will not accept your address. Write to us at contact@shoprunlife.com and we will tell you whether we can help.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 10 to 20 business days from dispatch. These are estimates rather than guarantees: carrier delays, customs processing and events outside our control can extend them.

Tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Import duties and taxes. For deliveries outside the United States, your local customs authority may charge import duties, VAT or handling fees before releasing your parcel. These charges are set by your own government, are not collected by us, and are your responsibility. We cannot predict their amount — if that matters to you, check your country's rules before ordering.

Addresses. Please check your shipping address carefully before paying. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and a parcel returned to sender because of an incorrect address may take several weeks to come back to us.

Something wrong? If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, email contact@shoprunlife.com with your order number. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, and you never ship anything back to us.
