How to measure your foot

Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall. Stand on it barefoot, heel touching the wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper with a pencil.
Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (wall side) to your mark.
Compare your measurement with the Foot length column above and read your size across.

Tip: measure at the end of the day — feet swell slightly — and use your larger foot.

Sizes run from US 4 (EU 36) to US 12 (EU 46), listed in US with the EU equivalent in brackets. Nike and Jordan run true to size for most people, a touch narrow for wide feet.
